The Healthcare Professional Well-being Academic Consortium (Healthcare PWAC) is a member-funded, national cohort connecting U.S.-based academic-affiliated medical centers that share a commitment to advancing the well-being of healthcare professionals. Healthcare PWAC Administrative Headquarters is located at the Stanford Medicine WellMD & WellPhD Center.
With a focus on validated measurement of well-being outcomes and determinants and a growing Consortium-wide benchmarking database, Healthcare PWAC equips and empowers its members to lead their organizations and the broader medical field toward improved well-being and professional fulfillment of healthcare professionals - and those they serve.
