Department Well-Being Directors
Unit-level well-being is led with the support of faculty that serve as department well-being directors (DWBDs).
Department Well-Being Directors (DWBDs) play an essential role in helping advance physician and scientist well-being at Stanford Medicine. In collaboration with other department leaders, DWBDs help to identify local issues that contribute to burnout and diminish professional fulfillment and lead their teams toward action.
