Lodging

For local lodging, we refer to Stanford University’s negotiated discounts with local hotels.  The links below show the participating hotels and the booking progress through Egencia to claim those discounted rates.

Emotional Support & Psychological Care

WellConnect - provides confidential coaching on navigating the challenges of COVID-19 and mental health referral and consultation for School of Medicine faculty, residents, and clinical fellows

Physician Resource Network (PRN) Support - provides our physicians and trainees with confidential, independent, legally-protected collegial support and resources for life’s inevitable clinical, professional and personal challenges.

Faculty Staff Help Center - provides counseling services, facilitated conversations, workshops, discussion groups, and more to benefits-eligible faculty and staff throughout the University and hospital systems. Services are also available to family members.

Food, Grocery and Pharmacy Services

We recognize that obtaining food and household goods is top of mind for many individuals who are COVID-19 positive. Please see the "Food, Grocery, and Pharmacy Services" section below for a list of food and household good delivery services that may be helpful for you in this time. Some of these services are able to rapidly deliver antigen tests to your home. 

If you are struggling financially with accessing food while in isolation, please reach out to your DFA (Faculty); Program Director, Chief Resident/Fellow, or DFA (Residents and Fellows); or contact the MD Student Hotline at (650)724-6854 (medical students).

Antigen Tests and Return to Work

Support Me

We recognize that obtaining food and household goods is top of mind for many individuals who are COVID-19 positive. Please see beow for a list of food and household good delivery services that may be helpful for you in this time. Some of these services are able to rapidly deliver antigen tests to your home.

  • Instacart* – grocery & pharmacy delivery from a variety of local stores (Safeway, Costco, Draegers, Sprout, Mollie Stones, Target, Walmart, Walgreens, CVS). Delivery is typically available within 2 hours.  Delivery fee is applied if you’re not a member. Delivery fee waived for members if order is $35 or greater.
  • Amazon Fresh – groceries delivered by Amazon. Delivery is typically available within 2 hours. 
  • Whole Foods - grocery delivery and grocery pick up where available. Delivery fee is typically $10. Order through Amazon.
  • Good Eggs – grocery and prepared meal delivery 
  • Doordash* – food delivery and takeout

*These delivery services have the ability to quickly deliver antigen tests to your home, if available.
